The five wavelengths, and what each does for you

460 nm · Morning Blue — the daylight wavelength. The melanopsin receptors in your eyes are tuned to ~460 nm: it's the signal your body clock reads to sharpen alertness and anchor sleep. A morning 460 nm session supports healthy circadian rhythm — and better-slept nights mean better overnight skin repair. Uses: morning refresh, puffiness, a bright start without caffeine.

630 nm · Red — the glow wavelength. The most-studied wavelength in facial skincare. Absorbed near the skin's surface, it supports the fibroblast cells that build collagen — the structural protein behind firmness and smoothness. 660 nm · Deep Red — the renewal wavelength.
